Overview:
Join Medical Edge Recruitment as a Groundskeeper and be an essential part of maintaining an inviting and safe outdoor environment at a school in Eureka, MO. This temp-to-perm position offers a consistent routine Monday through Friday, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase your groundskeeping skills while contributing to a vibrant campus community. Your expertise in landscape maintenance and safety will ensure the grounds remain pristine, functional, and welcoming for students and staff alike.
Pay Package:
$16 per hour
Required Skills:
Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers
Experience in mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees and shrubs, and maintaining flower beds
Capable of removing weeds, leaves, and debris from landscaped and common areas
Skilled in seasonal maintenance duties including snow removal, leaf raking, and storm clean-up
Basic knowledge of irrigation, drainage, pest control, and safety hazard reporting
Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–2 years of groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar experience
Other Requirements:
Ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in diverse weather conditions
Familiarity with maintenance tools and safety procedures
State law mandates criminal record check prior to employment
