Medical Edge Recruitment is actively seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an immediate 6-month contract at Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists in Fort Worth, Texas.
Position Details:
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Facility: Texas Health Heart & Vascular Specialists
Pay Rate: $55/hour
Contract Length: 13 weeksÂ
Shift: 8-hour days | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine
CNMT certification (required upon hire) OR ARRT (N)
2+ years of recent experience in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine (within the last 2 years – no exceptions)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Responsibilities
Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET scans and DEXA scans, while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure accurate patient positioning and preparation for imaging studies.
Maintain aseptic techniques and uphold medical imaging standards.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret results in collaboration with physicians.
Stay current with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to enhance patient care.
Obtain and maintain BLS and ARRT (N) certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
