Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner / PA – Evansville, IN
Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Behavioral Health opportunity in Evansville, Indiana. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a flexible round-and-go model focused on delivering compassionate care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications
Monday–Friday schedule | No nights or weekends
Round-and-go behavioral health model in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
High level of autonomy with strong clinical and operational support
Active PMHNP or psychiatric PA license in Indiana required
Ability to practice and bill independently required
DEA preferred
Strong diagnostic and communication skills required
