We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to help lead a busy Emergency Department within a large tertiary acute care environment.
Opportunity Highlights
Leadership responsibility for Emergency Department operations, staffing, quality, and team performance
Collaborative partnership with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams
Opportunity to influence patient care, operational performance, and staff engagement

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Active Texas RN license or eligible compact license
Emergency Department experience required
Five years of recent progressive nursing management experience
Experience leading staff, managing operations, and partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
