StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Post-Acute Care Medical Director for a leading national physician services organization in a SNF setting in Prescott, AZ. Perks and Benefits:

Schedule: Full-Time (FT) — Full time (4-5 days/week)

Position Highlights:
Serve as SNF Medical Director per CMS F-Tag 841 requirements
Provide physician oversight: clinical leadership, policy review, attending coverage assurance
Oversee infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship, and CMS / state survey readiness
Recruit, mentor, and supervise attending physicians and APPs
Maintain a clinical attending caseload in addition to leadership duties
Qualifications:
BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
Prior SNF / long-term care experience required
CMD (Certified Medical Director, AMDA) credential preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months
Demonstrated clinical leadership, committee experience, and regulatory familiarity
Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
Board Certification: yes
