Full-time Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner position
Provide psychiatric care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes
Focus on quality of life and continuity of care
Flexible schedule without rigid clinic hours
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York required
Board certification in psychiatry required, or minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experience
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills required
Passion for older adult mental health strongly preferred
