Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (PRN)
Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate PRN contract at a reputable long-term care facility in Pawling, NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate patient care in a supportive environment, making a difference in the lives of residents while advancing your nursing career.
Pay Package:
$30 per hour
Required Skills:
Valid and current New York LPN license
Minimum of 1+ years of recent long-term care experience as an LPN within the last 2 years
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work 8-hour night shifts and varied days
Strong communication and clinical skills specific to long-term care settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of a state-approved LPN program
Prior experience working in a long-term care environment preferred
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal record check in accordance with New York State law
Flexibility to work night shifts and varied schedules
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced healthcare environment
