Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking dependable and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an engaging 26-week contract in Hutchinson, KS, at a leading Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LPNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are flexible with day or night shifts. Join our team to provide vital care in a supportive setting, making a meaningful difference in residents' lives while advancing your career.
Pay Package:
$30/hour
Required Skills:
Active and unrestricted LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Minimum of 1–2 years of LPN experience; behavioral health experience is a bonus
Current BLS certification
Ability to perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and monitoring residents for health complications
Compassionate and attentive patient care skills
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing program
Experience in behavioral health settings preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
Ability to work variable shifts (days or nights, 8s or 12s)
Flexibility to start approximately 2 weeks from offer
Certification or licensing assistance may be provided
No additional travel or licensing requirements specified
