Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Proven experience in high-volume pediatric emergency settings
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Prior experience in Level II and III NICU supported environments
Experience in academic or teaching settings preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
