Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for an immediate, 13-week contract at a hospital in Uvalde, TX. This vital role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care while advancing your professional journey. Pay Package:
$35 per hour plus a $1,000 weekly stipend
Required Skills:
Current and valid Texas Physical Therapy license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a hospital setting
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Proven professional experience in hospital-based physical therapy
Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced healthcare environments
Strong organizational and clinical skills
Other Requirements:
Must have current Texas PT license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Employment is contingent upon passing a criminal record check in accordance with state law
This position may require flexibility to accommodate shift schedules
