Position Details:
• Location: Winona, Mississippi
• Facility Type: Long-Term Care
• Employment Type: Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $39.20 – $43.07 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Mississippi (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
