Required Skills:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology and Oncology

Internal Description
StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with an established outpatient clinic network to recruit a Lead Neuropathy Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to manage patient care at dedicated clinic locations. This provider will evaluate and treat patients with peripheral neuropathy using proven protocols and advanced treatment technology in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Full training and clinical onboarding are provided.

Competitive base compensation ($200,000 – $275,000 depending on qualifications) with potential performance incentives
W2 or 1099 engagement options available
Half-day Fridays offering an improved work-life balance
State medical license fees covered
VEA fees covered, if applicable
Additional compensation available for float coverage assignments to offset travel and related expenses
Comprehensive onboarding and clinical protocol training provided
Practice Highlights / Qualifications
Lead provider responsible for day-to-day clinical care at assigned outpatient neuropathy clinics
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and neuropathy assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans following established protocols
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient workflows and exceptional patient experience
Participate in provider training and ongoing clinical education initiatives
Qualifications
Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in the state of practice and in good standing
Board Certified or Board Eligible, as applicable
Background in primary care or related clinical field preferred
Comfortable practicing independently with support staff
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
