Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or equivalent
Valid Texas medical license and DEA registration
Experience managing medically complex adult and geriatric patients
Ability to develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans
Collaborative approach working with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams
Familiarity with population health and quality-based care initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience in post-acute, hospitalist, urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
New graduates encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain Texas medical license and DEA license
No required travel; flexible scheduling with a 4-day workweek
