We have an immediate opening for a Temp Program Assistant in Houston, TX for a 6 weeks contract    
 
Specialty: Program Assistant
Location: Houston, TX
Facility type: State Supported Living Center 
Hourly Rate: $13 per hour
Start Date:  9/2/2025 
Assignment Type: 6 weeks  
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday – 8a – 5p 
        
Duties Include: 
  • Greet all visitors to the program/center, answer questions, direct traffic (via calls or in person), and refer individuals to appropriate resources
  • Support hotline operations by answering incoming calls
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including organizing files, maintaining supply stock, and assisting with membership renewals
  • Enter data related to the program and center as needed
  • Assist in planning community events
  • Contribute to multiple projects such as organizing donation drives, providing support during workshops, updating resource guides, and creating new ones as necessary
  • Develop promotional materials, post updates, and promote upcoming events
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
 
Requirements: 
  • Customer Service Experiences
  • Bilingual in Spanish
