Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for an immediate 24-week contract at a behavioral health facility in Weston, WV. This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Pay Package:
$45 per hour
Required Skills:
Valid state or multistate RN license
Minimum of 1+ year of recent RN experience within the last 2 years
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to administer medications and treatments accurately
Competency in participating in care planning and communicating with physicians
Proficiency in documenting assessments and care in compliance with standards and regulations
Strong patient and family education skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
While specific educational qualifications are not listed, typically an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred
Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric settings is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements:
Availability for 8-hour rotating shifts, with flexibility for 20 hours of overtime
