We have an immediate opening for L&D Rn in Rapid City SD
Location:Â Rapid City SD Pay Rate:Â $1800 Per week Start Date:Â Â 9/24/2025 Assignment Type:Â 13 Week Contract
Duties Include:
Maternal & Fetal Monitoring:Â
Track vital signs, monitor labor progress and contractions, and assess maternal and fetal health throughout the process.Â
Labor & Delivery Assistance:Â
Coach mothers through contractions, administer medications and pain relief, and assist physicians and midwives during delivery.Â
Postpartum Care:Â
Provide care for the mother and newborn immediately after birth, monitor recovery, and assist with breastfeeding and bonding.Â
Patient Education & Support:Â
Educate patients and their families about labor, delivery, newborn care, and the postpartum period. Offer emotional support and comfort during a potentially joyful and stressful experience.Â
Emergency Response:Â
Recognize and respond to complications or emergencies that may arise during labor or delivery, communicating with the healthcare team.Â
Qualifications
• RN License for SD
L&D Â Experiences at least 2 years experiences
