Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for an RN Clinical Research Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity in Asheville, NC.
SALARY RANGE: $72,000.00 to $93,000.00
SCHEDULE: Day Shift
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• High school education required
• ASN or BSN required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 2–5 years nursing experience required, oncology preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Strong analysis & critical thinking skills including problem solving, decision-making, planning, time management, and organizational ability
• Detail-oriented with ability to exercise independent judgment
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness including emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation, and diversity awareness
• Ability to work effectively with sensitive, confidential, and emotionally charged situations
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to actively listen and provide balanced feedback
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build a culture of quality, performance, and operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, physicians, and community partners
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong time management, stress management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Preferred experience with EMR systems, clinical trial data entry (EDC), and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Valid state Driver’s License required (travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings)
• Must comply with company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy
• Must be able to work in multi-site and potentially remote environments as needed
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
