Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a  NICU RN  in Allen TX area.

Pay Rate: $50-55
Start Date: 8/8/2025 
Type: 13 Week contract 
 
   
 
Duties Include: 
  
  • administer medications, including intravenous fluids and blood products, as prescribed by physicians. 
  • responsible for the operation and maintenance of specialized NICU equipment, such as ventilators, incubators, and infusion pumps.
  • NICU nurses advocate for the needs of their patients and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • NICU nurses stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neonatal care through continuing education and professional development. 
  • In essence, NICU nurses are the primary caregivers for the most vulnerable patients, providing both medical expertise and compassionate care during a critical time in an infant's life
     
Requirements 
  •  A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is generally required, along with passing the NCLEX-RN exam for licensure 
  • Patient Population: premature, respiratory distress
  • Patient ratio: 1:1-2
  • NPR Required
  • 6 Bed NICU
  • Level II NICU
