Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with obstetrics expertise for an immediate 13-week contract in Chanute, KS. This vital role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional care in an acute care setting. Pay Package:
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $34 plus a $1,300 weekly stipend, offering a competitive and rewarding package for your expertise and dedication.
Required Skills:
Valid Kansas or compact state RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including MedSurg
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
Proven ability to perform in an acute care environment, with obstetrics experience preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Prior obstetrics or acute care experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Must work 12-hour shifts
Criminal record check is required per state law
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
Travel and housing stipends available, with extensive housing network support
