Overview:
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in high-acuity adult care. This vital role combines clinical expertise, leadership, and compassionate patient interaction to ensure exceptional outcomes. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will leverage innovative technology and evidence-based practices to deliver quality care aligned with the highest standards and regulatory requirements.
Pay Package: $2,640 Weekly Pay
Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in specialty units such as Neuro Spinal, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, or Plastics.
Proven proficiency with DaVinci Robotics and Mako Robotics preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail.
Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and delegation abilities.
Ability to effectively apply the Nursing Process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Adept at assessing learning needs and providing tailored teaching strategies.
Demonstrated capability to communicate and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations and standards governing healthcare practice.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Relevant training or certification in specialty areas or robotic technology.
Other Requirements:
Current RN licensure in Louisiana.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Ability to perform heavy work requiring lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and frequently.
