Pay Package: $2,136 Weekly
Shift: 7pm - 7am
Required Skills:
Proven proficiency in utilizing the nursing process for patient care delivery
Strong assessment and teaching capabilities tailored to diverse patient populations
Effective delegation, communication, and resource management skills
Ability to interpret and utilize clinical data to promote positive outcomes
Excellent organizational, time management, and judgment skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration
Maintains confidentiality and adheres to professional and ethical standards
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oncology
Other Requirements:
Current RN license in the practicing state
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds intermittently
Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
Must work in environments involving exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases
Compliance with all hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures
