Overview:
Join a dedicated team in a leadership role that champions high-quality patient care through expert utilization of the nursing process. As a Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care, guiding interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the strategic goals of the department. Pay Package: $2,136 Weekly
Shift: 7pm - 7am
Required Skills:
Current RN license in practicing state
Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience
Proficiency in computer, software, and web-based applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to effectively assess patient learning needs and implement tailored teaching strategies
Demonstrated leadership in delegating, directing, and managing nursing team resources
Knowledge of the nursing process and healthcare regulations
Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives
Commitment to cultural sensitivity and professional accountability
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Physical ability to meet heavy work demands, including exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and employer policies on safety, privacy, and ethical conduct
Must be able to perform in a healthcare setting involving direct patient care and handling of hazardous materials
