Job Title: Registered Nurse – Care Management

Pay Package: $2,280 Weekly
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience
Proficiency in computer applications, software, and web-based tools
Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Conflict resolution and good judgment in decision-making
Knowledge of care management policies, procedures, and evidence-based criteria
Ability to adapt communication and behavior to various patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Healthcare Management (CPHM) (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Current RN license in the practicing state
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws and accreditation standards
Physical ability to perform medium work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
