Job Title: Registered Nurse – PACU

Overview:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic critical care environment, where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes through compassionate, high-quality care. As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, you will lead and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and fostering a culturally sensitive approach. Pay: $2,240 Weekly
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital or similar setting
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear professional interaction
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate educational strategies
Demonstrated leadership in delegating and managing multidisciplinary team resources
Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
Ability to adapt communication and care approaches for diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Nephrology)
Other Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to perform heavy physical tasks, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 25 pounds frequently
Experience working with patients in critical or acute care settings
Must be able to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
Must adhere to safety protocols and occupational health standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials
