Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in surgical disciplines such as Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of regulatory standards and professional guidelines. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will lead, delegate, and collaborate to ensure optimal patient outcomes, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professional accountability at every step. Pay Package: $2,424 Weekly
Shift: 6:30am - 5pm
Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with expertise in Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics (DaVinci experience required)
Proficient in working with confidential information and maintaining HIPAA compliance
Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and detailed-oriented skills
Effective time management and self-directed work habits
Demonstrates good judgment and interpersonal skills
Delegation capabilities and leadership ability for team oversight
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare software systems
Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory agency requirements
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including exerting 25-50 pounds frequently and 50-100 pounds occasionally, with accommodations available if needed
Exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials as part of routine duties
Ability to work directly with patients and handle specimens containing communicable diseases
Willingness to follow all safety protocols and compliance standards, including handling hazardous materials and waste
