Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital in Winfield, KS, specializing in Labor and Delivery. This is an immediate, 13-week contract opportunity offering an excellent chance to advance your career while providing essential care. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting new families during one of the most important moments of their lives, with the stability and benefits you deserve.
Pay Package:
Local Pay Rate: $62 per hour
Travel Rate: $35 per hour + $1,200 weekly stipend
Required Skills:
Valid Kansas or compact state RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications
Strong knowledge of labor and delivery procedures and patient care standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Previous experience in a hospital labor and delivery unit for at least 2 years
Other Requirements:
Must hold a current and valid RN license
Must pass a criminal record check as per state law
Shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 13-week assignment, with possible extension or permanent placement
