This one hands you the blank page along with ninety four clinics, a full statewide footprint, and a patient population already through the door. You report directly to the Chief Medical Officer, a practicing physician who still sees patients and still shows up in the clinics. You work in a true dyad with an operational partner, and together the two of you hold the decisions.
Yours to decide: referral policy, specialist and hospital tiering, skilled nursing network, and prior authorization criteria. You set them, you own them, and you carry them into the markets yourself.
