Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join a 13-week contract in McCamey, TX, specializing in Emergency Room care. This critical role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care within an acute care setting, while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Pay Package:
$30 per hour plus a $1,100 weekly stipend, with a 13-week contract length.
Required Skills:
Current and valid Texas (or compact state) RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Strong clinical skills in emergency and acute care settings
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) preferred
Prior experience in emergency or critical care units, ideally in hospital settings
Other Requirements:
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Availability for night shifts, 36/48 schedule (nights)
Must pass a criminal record check as required by state law
Travel and housing stipends provided; flexible with travel arrangements
Additional licenses or certifications as required by employer
