Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week contract in Elmira, NY. This ICU Step Down role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic hospital setting while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay package. Pay Package:
$38 per hour plus $1,200 weekly stipend.
Required Skills:
Current and valid New York RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Proficiency in ICU Step Down care with strong critical thinking skills
Current BLS, ACLS, and Stroke Training certification
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with professionalism and efficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse license in New York State
At least two years of relevant ICU or Step Down unit experience
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal record check as mandated by state law
Availability for 12-hour night shifts
No additional license or certification required beyond those specified
