Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Director
Overview:
Join Medical Edge Recruitment as an experienced RN for an urgent contract opportunity in Elk City, OK. This pivotal role in labor and delivery leadership offers a rewarding chance to utilize your expertise in a dynamic acute care setting. As a Director, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional maternal care while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive support.
Pay Package:
$43 per hour plus a $1,200 weekly stipend, with a 13-week contract.
Required Skills:
Current and valid Oklahoma or compact state RN license
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a staff RN
At least 2 years of experience in a Director role in labor and delivery
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Strong leadership and clinical skills in maternal and newborn care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Extensive experience in acute care settings
Proven leadership in labor and delivery units
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal record check as mandated by state law
Availability for 8-hour day shifts
Travel and housing stipends provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment
