Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a vital contract opportunity in Lamesa, TX. This role offers a chance to provide exceptional patient care within a hospital setting on a 6-week assignment. Join our team to make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional journey in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Pay Package:
$25 per hour, plus $1,100 weekly stipend during the 6-week contract.
Required Skills:
Valid Texas (or compact state) RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Prior experience in a hospital medical-surgical unit preferred
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal record check as mandated by state law
Shift availability: 7 pm – 7 am
Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital staff and patients
Travel or housing stipends available; flexibility to work nights
