Overview:
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic critical care setting, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes. This leadership role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care using the nursing process, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic goals. Pay Package: $29 per hour with weekly stipend of $1,100
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
Current RN license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Proficiency in computer systems, software, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
Leadership skills in managing nursing team resources and delegating tasks
Ability to utilize data and information for continuous quality improvement
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Other Requirements:
Must be able to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory agency requirements
Knowledge of and adherence to hospital compliance, privacy policies, and standards of conduct
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and communicable diseases
Ability to work in patient care areas with potential occupational risks related to hazardous materials and infectious agents
