Overview:
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a leader within your unit, you will utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and implement care that promotes positive outcomes. Your expertise, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity will ensure high-quality services while supporting the department’s strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient lives significantly through compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice.
Pay Package: $2,404 Weekly
Schedule: 10 hour Day Shift
Required Skills:
Ability to assess learning needs and implement effective teaching strategies for diverse patient populations.
Strong delegation, communication, and leadership skills to manage interdisciplinary team resources effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Good judgment and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative environment.
Basic computer proficiency for documentation and data evaluation.
Experience working with confidential information and in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Leadership experience, including supervising or managing team members.
Other Requirements:
Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Ability to perform physical tasks involving exertion, such as moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, and compliance with regulatory standards related to healthcare practice.
Must work in patient care areas with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases; occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications and waste.
