Overview:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and become a vital leader in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will oversee and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, delegate tasks effectively, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity—making a meaningful difference in patient lives while advancing your professional growth.
Pay Package: $36 per hour with weekly stipend of $1,200
Schedule: 6:30am - 3pm
Required Skills:
Proficiency in applying the Nursing Process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Strong delegation and leadership abilities to guide licensed and ancillary team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
Basic computer skills for documentation and data analysis
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Physical stamina to meet demands of heavy work, including moving objects weighing 25-50 pounds frequently
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
Current RN License in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Knowledge of and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
Ability to exert exertion consistent with heavy work demands, including lifting and moving objects and patients as required
