Pay Package: $3,434 per week
Shift: 12 hour day or night shift (48/48)
Required Skills
Active Colorado RN license or compact license
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum of 1 year recent acute psychiatric experience
Experience in behavioral crisis stabilization and medication management
Excellent therapeutic communication and de-escalation skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings
Other Requirements
Willingness to undergo background check as per state law
Ability to work unsupervised in a security-supported environment
Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical autonomy
