Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a registered nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment. Pay Package: $2,260 Weekly Schedule: 12 hour day shift
Required Skills:
Proficiency in applying the nursing process in patient care delivery
Strong assessment, communication, and teaching capabilities tailored to diverse patient populations
Effective delegation and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication, with professional presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and implement clinical changes to improve outcomes
Competence in using computers, healthcare software, and web-based applications
Good organizational and time management skills
Sound judgment and decision-making ability
Demonstrated interpersonal skills promoting collaboration and patient-centered care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
CPI Blue Card (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification, valid for 12 months
Physical capability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
Adherence to compliance, privacy, and safety standards as outlined by hospital policies and regulatory agencies
