Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel ER (Emergency Room)
Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic emergency room team on a contract basis in Slidell, LA. Pay Package:
$26 per hour plus a $1,200 weekly stipend for an 8-week contract.
Required Skills:
Valid Louisiana RN license required.
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
Certifications in AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and CPI are mandatory.
Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency settings.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience in hospital emergency departments.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple cases and adapt quickly.
Other Requirements:
12-hour day or night shifts available.
Mandatory criminal record check compliant with state law.
Travel and housing stipends provided.
Must have current and valid certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and CPI.
