Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate PRN contract at a reputable acute care facility in Marrero, LA. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced environment while advancing your nursing career with a supportive clinical team.
Pay Package:
$46 per hour
Required Skills:
Valid and current Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 1+ year of recent PACU experience within the last 2 years
Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts with varied days
Strong communication and clinical skills specific to PACU settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Prior experience working in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) preferred
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Flexibility to work varied schedules
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced healthcare environment
