Required Skills:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
Desire to build a community-focused practice
Strong surgical skills with the ability to handle high-volume cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery is preferred but not required
