Job Title: Urologist – Hospital-Based Inpatient Role
Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Urologist for a hospital-based, inpatient-focused position in Gainesville, Florida. This opportunity offers a chance to work within a supportive, mission-driven organization, managing inpatient consults, rounding on hospitalized patients, and performing emergent and acute urologic procedures. The role provides a balanced schedule with the potential to shape clinical workflows and contribute to a new program, all in a vibrant community known for its cultural diversity and outdoor recreation.
Required Skills:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Experience preferred but not required
Ability to manage inpatient consults and rounding
Competency in emergent and acute urologic procedures
Robotic surgery capability is available but not mandatory
 Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Residency training in Urology
Experience in hospital-based practice is preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
Coverage limited to one hospital
Visa support available for eligible candidates
Must be able to cover on/off block schedule
